Components
We have been a leading manufacturer of major automotive and non-automotive components since the early 2000s. In pursuit of global scale and ranking, we entered into an alliance in 2013 with Spain’s CIE Automotive, to create one of the world’s leading components company. We make a wide variety of components, making us India’s leading producer of forgings, castings, stampings, gears, and magnetic products for automotive and non-automotive applications.
Forgings
We are leaders in the Indian forgings space. We make forging products that range in weight from 500 grams to 45 kilograms, and measure up to a metre in length. In Europe, we are a leading supplier to the heavy truck industry, forging parts in excess of 100 kilograms. Our advanced facility in Chakan, Pune, supplies forged components to several companies in the automotive and non-automotive industries. We are specialists when it comes to crankshafts and stub axles – something that our customers recognise by rewarding us with their loyalty.

Castings
Created in factories that are ISO/TS 16949-certified, our magnetic products are used in an array of commercial and industrial sectors. Our soft ferrite cores power day-to-day products such as induction cooktops to mobile chargers, while our ferrite impeder cores increase the efficiency of welding processes. Furthermore, we also lead the industry in magnetic induction lighting, a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution that is used in a variety of end-applications.

Stampings
Our stamped products are made with decades of experience, and with superior technology in four strategically located plants in India. With robotic automated presses and a new fully automated facility, we supply comprehensive body-and-chassis systems that in turn enable our customers to make their world-class tractors and small commercial vehicles.

Gears
Delivering accurate and high-quality gears, our manufacturing facilities are ISO 4001, OHSAA 18001 and TS 16948 certified for quality, and conform to the stringent German DIN 7 to DIN 9 measurement of accuracy. We operate facilities in India and Italy, producing high-precision gears and shafts for our large customer base.

Mahindra CIE Automotive
Our 2013 alliance with Spain’s CIE Automotive signalled our intent to create a world automotive supplier. This ambitious collaboration brought together our automotive component capabilities with CIE Automotive’s European forging operations, widening our portfolio and client-base on a global scale. Our landmark achievements include running one of India’s largest iron foundries, with a capacity of 60,000 metric tons, and being one of the largest exporters of fully machined turbine housings for automotive turbochargers. We also provide full service art-to-part solutions for customers by integrating design, manufacturing, and sourcing capabilities under one roof.
